The International Space Station is a huge space station being built in space by 16 countries. Constuction began in 1997 and was meant to be completed around 2005, but the Space Shuttle Columbia exploding in re-entry February 2003 has delayed it's completion until the year 2010. It is one of the only artificial satellites that can been seen by the naked eye (unaided eye). It is currently in Low Earth orbit.
